DigiMinds Global provides:

• CampusHoster - School ERP and eLearning platform • Website development and digital marketing services for schools • AI training programs for educators and students • Technical support and maintenance services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

To use certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Not share your account with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Upload malicious code or conduct security attacks • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Use automated systems to access our services without permission • Interfere with the proper functioning of our services

For paid services:

• Fees are based on our published pricing (PSPA model for CampusHoster) • Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed • All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy • Late payments may result in service suspension • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by DigiMinds Global and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited license to: • Access and use our services for their intended purpose • Download materials for personal, non-commercial use

You may not: • Copy, modify, or create derivative works • Reverse engineer our software • Remove copyright or proprietary notices • Use our trademarks without permission

You retain ownership of content you upload to our services. By uploading content, you grant us a license to:

• Store, process, and display your content • Make backups for data protection • Use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement

You are responsible for: • Ensuring you have rights to upload content • The accuracy and legality of your content • Maintaining your own backups • Complying with applicable data protection laws

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for:

• Scheduled maintenance downtime • Force majeure events • Third-party service failures • Internet connectivity issues • User equipment or software problems

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

• You may cancel your account at any time • We may terminate for violation of these terms • We may terminate with 30 days notice

Upon termination: • Your access to services will cease • You must pay any outstanding fees • You may request export of your data within 30 days • We may delete your data after the retention period

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiMinds Global shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Damages exceeding fees paid in the preceding 12 months • Actions of third parties or force majeure events

This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DigiMinds Global from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services • Your violation of these terms • Your violation of any rights of others • Content you upload or share through our services

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be:

• First attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations • Subject to binding arbitration in Hyderabad, India • Governed by the laws of India • Resolved in English language

You agree to waive any right to class action lawsuits.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will:

• Post updated terms on this page • Update the "Last Updated" date • Notify users of material changes via email • Provide 30 days notice for changes affecting paid services

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
